Thank you for shopping at Karavaki shop ! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
In case you wish to return your order you will have to contact us via email or a call !
A. Please contact us at email@example.com, or call us at +302732061754(Monday to Friday 10:00 – 14:00).
indicating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
B. As soon as your return is confirmed by email, enclose your returning item(s) in the same packaging as the one it was delivered in.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
As soon as we receive your return, it will be processed and checked. Ensure that your returning item is clean, unworn, not washed &/or not broken.
We will not refund damaged or broken items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
*If you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/If not paid directly at the courier by the customer.
Karavaki shop is not responsible for any extra charges occurring from differences in currencies, customer clearances, import duties, product restrictions and other local regulations. Karavaki shop will accept your return within 14 DAYS of purchase and ONLY if the product is returned in tact and in it’s ORIGINAL STATE. Please DO NOT REMOVE TAGS IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE. ENCLOSE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.
